Kiwi description.
INTRODUCTION.
Hi my name is Tane and I am going to write and I am going to Write a description on a kiwi.
1.Color: the color of a kiwi is a slight earth color but then it is darkish at the same time which is sought of black and brown mixed together.
2.Beak: A kiwi’s beak is at least probably 7cm long and did you know that a Kiwi is the only bird that has nostrils now other birds don’t have nostrils.
3.Eat: Kiwi’s eat small invertebrates,seeds, grubs, and many types of worms. They also may eat fruit, small crayfish, eels and amphibians.
4.Habitat: the habitat of a kiwi is a very dark place that’s why they live on the ground it’s there type of place to be because it is very dark the trees are dark but the ground is darker and there. are more bugs on the ground anyway.
5.Facts: did you Know that when kiwi’s are born they are white and they are born on the ground but in their nests but sometimes they get stellen by mustelids or whatever you call them and they. Eat them with the baby birds inside of them that’s why they are becoming extinct and the kiwi is New Zealand .
